چکیده
Prickly pear (Rosa roxburghii Tratt), a shrub mainly distributed in South China, is an economically essential plant for helping the local people out of poverty. To efficiently provide sufficient nutrients to soil ecological cultivation prickly pear, we studied aerobic composting litter with three agents, including AC (Bacillus natto, Bacillus sp., Actinomycetes Saccharomyces Trichoderma Azotobacter and Lactobacillus sp.), BC subtilis, Lactobacillaceae licheniformis, Enterococcus faecalis), CC sp.) control without microbial agents. The results show that physicochemical traits resultant composts were different after inoculation AC, BC, or CC. pH values ranged from 8.0 8.5, their conductivity between 1.6 1.9 mS/cm. seed germination index all exceeded 70%. contents volatile solids organic matter both decreased significantly. maximally increased total N (18%) compost, whereas P (48%) K (38%) contents. Contents available significantly, content compost by 16%. features showed non-hazardous plants, agents improved nutrient availability. richness, Chao1, Shannon bacterial communities At phylum level, Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes, Firmicutes bacterium became dominant composts, at family Microscillaceae A4b (phylum Chloroflexi) groups. Abundant cellulose-degrading bacteria existed which promoted fiber degradation composts. Organic regulated bacterium. inoculants enhanced efficiency composting: B C more suitable exogenous litter.

15 صفحه اولBiodegradability and microbial activities during composting of poultry litter.
Poultry litter is composted to reduce odor and pathogens and to improve its quality as a soil amendment. Organic material, e.g., sawdust, is added to increase the C:N ratio to achieve optimum degradation of organic C and retention of N through microbial biomass formation. However, the relative biodegradabilities of the organic material in poultry litter and the amendment are usually not known. ...
